12 Feb #TrashTag Challenge
#Trashtag has got to be one of the most uplifting challenges for people and communities who look after their environment. We’re being challenged to choose a place that needs a clean-up and to take before & after pictures to share with the world.
Hopefully, this will inspire many more to get involved and physically contribute to the wellbeing of the environment. With Valentine’s Day upon us, what better way to spread the love than to clean up an area close to where you live? Better yet, make the most of a pre-planned trip and get stuck in!
Mother Theresa once shared a beautiful piece of wisdom with us, saying: “I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples”.
This is exactly what Byron Román did and it went viral. So much so, that even the TIME magazine team found his efforts to be a meaningful contribution towards society today: https://time.com/5549019/trashtag-interview/

A clean and hospitable environment is entirely more pleasant when reconnecting and enjoying the beauty of mother nature. Take a picture of your ‘labour of love’ to cherish forever, photographing a fun or memorable moment shared during your clean-up.
Don’t forget to share your pictures with us here at EcoPack – remembering to tag us @ecopackza on Instagram and include the hashtag #TrashTag. The best way to show your love for the environment is to look after it as best you can. Get physical and spread the love this Valentine’s Day.
